New at this...

So this is my first attempt at starting a blog but I have been saying for a while that I wanted to do so. My thoughts on why are more unconventional, however. Instead of a blog to collect my random thoughts somewhere, my blog is going to be more of a nutritional/workout blog. A good number of my friends and family always comment on my discipline and techniques when it comes to eating in proportion and in a (mostly) healthy manner and also question my workout routines and how I stay motivated....so basically this blog is an attempt to gather all of this information together in one place for those individuals to visit and to hopefully get a little more insight into my daily regime when it comes to working out and eating right. If this can help anyone just a little, I have accomplished my goal! So keep checking back for updated tidbits!
